Rental requirements
Minimum age — 21 years
Renters between 21 and 25 years old pay an underage fee of $10.00 per day.
Documentation
A valid ID card or passport, a valid driver's license and a credit card for the required deposit. National customers must present a valid identification card.
Standard SUV and above
For vehicle categories Standard SUV and above, national customers must provide at least two credit cards, one of which must be a Black or Infinite card. This requirement applies to all drivers listed on the rental agreement.
Security deposit
A security deposit of US $500.00 is required for the vehicle rental.
Accepted credit cards
Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diner's Club.
Third-party coverage with credit card insurance
When using credit card insurance, the third-party coverage cost is $10.00 per day.
Rates
Commissionable, dynamic rates
Rates are shown in US dollars and are commissionable at 20% under the Time and Mileage category against an electronic invoice. These rates are dynamic: each time they are updated, a new version of the rate file is sent for new reservations.

Time and mileage · Unlimited mileage · 24-hour emergency service · One primary driver and one additional driver.
Not included in the price
13% tax applicable on all services · Covers · Gasoline (the tank is provided full and must be returned full) · Traffic fines (an administrative fee applies if the client pays the fine to us for processing the payment).
Additional services
Second additional driver onwards
$5.00 + tax per day.
Baby seat
$6.00 + tax per day, up to a maximum per rental.
Traffic Law requirement

$15 + tax per rental.
GPS
$8.00 + tax per rental.
Wi-Fi
$12 + tax per day, up to a maximum per rental.
Roadside assistance
$5 + tax per day (included within the APP).
Roof rack
$5.99 per day for cars that do not have one and need to have it installed; confirmed at the time of reservation.

Coverages & deductibles
CDW – TP · Collision Damage Waiver – Theft Protection (basic coverage)
If the client acquires the CDW-TP protection, their liability for damage or loss of our vehicles will be limited. In the event of an accident, the maximum deductible for direct damage to the rented vehicle will be $1,000 + tax. The deductible in the case of vehicle theft is $2,000 + tax. The CDW-TP protection will be void if the vehicle is involved in any of the violations and prohibited uses described in the rental agreement. This insurance is mandatory unless the client has a credit card that allows them to decline it. This protection does not cover the theft or vandalism of personal items.
TPL · Third Party Liability
This protection is mandatory and cannot be declined with any coverage. It has a minimum deductible of $250 and a maximum of $5,000 for damages to third parties.
APP · Alamo Protection Package (full coverage)
This protection is optional: with it, the existing deductible payment is waived and roadside assistance is included. It will be void if the vehicle is involved in any of the violations and prohibited uses described in the rental agreement. When a client acquires the Full Protection Package (APP), their deposit amount is reduced to only $100.00.
What no coverage includes
Loss of keys, loss of original vehicle documents, loss of license plates, personal items, traffic fines, gasoline, emergency kit and vehicle accessories (floor mats, racks and others). Towing service is included as long as special equipment is not required to rescue the vehicle; this service will be void if the vehicle is involved in any of the violations and prohibited uses described in the rental agreement.
